Regional Channel Manager
TCG, the nation's largest privately held Technology Services Broker, is seeking an entrepreneurial and results-oriented individual to build and grow their region. The Regional Channel Manager will demonstrate success in cultivating, maintaining and growing relationships with partners within your territory. Candidate's primary efforts will be focused on recruiting, growing your book of business, assisting partners in the sales process, hosting regional events, and making quota. Candidate will be responsible for ongoing training and development of partners and will be required to stay current on all technology advances in the marketplace. This position is unique within the Technology Solutions Broker space as our RCM's are in effect running their own business as TCG provides a base salary, ongoing residual payments and bonuses in perpetuity for the partners that you recruit! TCG will provide you the ability to offer over 230 suppliers offering various technologies to your partners. Our top independent contributors make over $500K annually!
Essential Responsibilities:
- Recruit and Manage partner base through:
- Proactive and ongoing communication
- Strategic business discussions
- QBRs
- Knowledge various technologies
- Ability to interact with suppliers
- Ability to keep up to date with suppliers and technology to provide partners with education
- Regular travel may be necessary
- Recruits, trains and collaborates with partners to achieve recruitment and sales goals
- Growing partner and residual base
- Consistently performs at 100% of very attainable monthly quota
- Attends training for new products, services, and technology
- Attends TCG sales meetings and training functions
- Employee must maintain consistent communication with TCG leadership while employed
